We recently had to put our dear Rocco to sleep. Thank you for treating him with such kindness and compassion during one of the hardest moments our family has ever faced. Your patience, gentleness, and genuine care made a heartbreaking experience a little more peaceful. We will always be grateful for the dignity and comfort you gave our beloved pet.

I was quoted 250 something dollars for my rescue puppy to get spay.. My other dog was waiting in the car and one of your customers was watching her for me.. I did not read the paper. I thought it was a release.. And signed it while I was signing it. I saw the word anesthesia and I checked that box because would think that anesthesia would be part of the spay process and part of the amount I was quoted.. I was never told that the price would ever go up or even notified that that could be a possibility.. I am on fixed income.. I was shocked enough with the $250 price tag and then all of a sudden when I'm picking her up and I am very anxious and stressed because of the surgery.. I find out I'm having to pay $450 then your employee tells me a few days later that the increase was because of some type of blood tests. Why would I need blood tests for a puppy to get spay?. I don't know anything about medical procedures and I was never informed about this huge almost double the amount price increase.. I have been coming to your location with all of my pets.. All it would have taken is a phone call. You guys have my number. I would not have had it done had I have known that I would not be able to afford groceries because of it.. it is very disappointing. I love your facility. However, I feel like I have thoroughly been cheated. Basically robbed.. I do not intend on suing because that doesn't help anyone. However, your employees, including yourself need to be more informative to the customer.. The customer should not be informed at time of payment that the amount has doubled in price.. I don't think there's anyone in the world that would ever pay $450 for a puppy to get spay.. Kay Green.

We were camping and on our way to Fort Sumter, a small town with no vet. Dr. Wenner took in our sick dog right away, diagnosed (correctly), prescribed meds (that worked) - all with a kind, empathic, unbothered attitude! So wish this vet was in our hometown!!! 💝
