10/10 experience! Everyone was so kind, and the wait wasn’t long at all. The whole experience was amazing. Miss Courteney and her staff are incredible — I hope everyone gets to have the same experience I did. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone!

This is an excellent animal hospital with excellent staff. They are friendly and they always answer the phone which seems to be hard to find with a lot of vets these days. I have to drive 72 miles to get here but it's worth it.

This place has a front desk grinch named Nikki, I have been here once. I adopted a pet from the local shelter and decided to run his basic medical needs through this sorry grumpy hospital. The services that were provided for my pet were acceptable but the customer service sucks out right. Nikki has treated me and my wife as if we are clueless pet owners and made us feel insulted. I had another interaction with them recently. I had called to get information on the cost for an exam for a kitten I recently rehomed. I was met with on the phone with Nikki and at first she seemed to be in a decent mood untill I started to ask questions. She responded to me in a very disgusting and disrespectful manner my wife hung up the phone. Cross Country Animal Hospital your customer service members suck. You treat your customers as if they are clueless idiots who know absolutely nothing about pets. This business has lost my support and services and I wont put up with miserable condescending people who think they can run over people with their sorry pathetic attitude. Prices? Awful...I had to get a voucher to lower the cost and they are reluctant on releasing paper work.
